Friendly, patient and employee focused culture.

Cons

Rounding on employees without constructive feedback feels like more of an investigation. Rounding done on leaders has no expected feedback, even when questions and or concerns are discussed.

Pros

A great culture of respect and empathy, you really are in control of your own development/advancement. There are a lot of opportunities, from tuition reimbursement to an education committee to grow and stay here.

Cons

If I had to think of one, the health benefits are costly - but the organization absorbs so much of the cost and there is a generous employee discount for MGH services, plus a lot of the other benefits (time off, wellness, pet insurance) that are great.
