      The RESPECT values and standards are important to our leadership team. As a result, everyone can be free to speak up and make on-the-spot corrections, which makes this a very rewarding work experience.

      Cons

      None that come to mind. Earned time and other benefits are always a focus, and leadership is doing all they can in this difficult environment.
