Pros

Newer hospital with the latest technology. Community based, PTO and staff. Ability to move around if you want to move into another position after a period of time.

Cons

Pay and benefits but the budget really can impact raises and PTO. We should have more in house training to keep people in house.

working under staffed all the time created a difficult enviorment to work. The turn over rate was very high.
