Pros

Able to work reduced hours (with reduced pay of course)

Cons

I do not feel values or compensated as I should. They do not adjust pay to the market. Our healthcare benefits are terrible (ironic working at a hospital). They burn us out and then replace us.

Pros

MaineHealth is innovative and leading the way to changing health care for Maine and New Hampshire communities. If you want to be a part of upstream prevention and value-based care, this is the place for you!

Cons

Their benefits are severely lacking. There is no support for fertility treatment and negligible adoption assistance. Pay rates for mid-level employees (though high for a nonprofit) are low comparatively across the job market. Unfortunately, this supports a system that traps people into limited economic class growth, especially with no student loan support and limited tuition reimbursement.
