Benefits, Lots of OT, working with other departments

Cons

Management does not help when busy, they overwork your, no one knows what is going on with COVID. RN’s are disrespectful to ED Techs, limited medical intervention allowed even if your a EMT-P. LOTS of sitting on crisis patients sometimes your whole shift.
