      Pros

      Good benefits and convenient locations, that's all I got. You may be better treated in other departments, but HR is not one of them from my experience; that's a problem.

      Cons

      If you want to be nothing but a number and have to kiss booty, this is the place for you. The priority in MaineHealth HR is to get further ahead and meet the numbers, without any care for the team. Pay is inadequate for the treatment.
