      MaintainX is a company that is growing quickly but thoughtfully. There’s an unwavering commitment to high performance that reflects the gravity of the opportunity before it as an organization. The company has a great product-market fit. Leadership is hands-on and no-nonsense. You can feel the culture of continuous improvement that is necessary for a start-up with great potential to be successful.

      Cons

      The pace of change can be fast at times. A side effect of the culture of continuous improvement is that some processes or areas of focus can feel fleeting, so you need the right perspective to appreciate it. Typical growing pains of a company moving up-market and growing so quickly.

      Compétitive salary. Great culture + community. Flexible working options (remote/hybrid/office). Customers love the team + product. Feedback is valued. Hard work does not go unnoticed. Zero tolerance policy towards bad culture fits / toxic behaviour.

      None that I can think of … if you are smart, curious and humble MaintainX will treat you well.
