      Not honest or professional, they will not hesitate to let you go if you don't fit in. Stressful environment.

      Pros

      Great pay, paid gas, paid van, minimum weekly pay 35 hrs, office people are fun and great folks.

      Cons

      Being available 24/7 for any trade (mostly plumbing) schedule is random and hard to make plans outside of work. No real training for learning other trades they kinda of expect you to know it all already
