Pros

It’s a job like any other company, it’s been around for over 50 or 60 years.

Cons

Bad turn over, too many lawsuits, 3 HR’s? Why do they have 3 HR’s? Favoritism, low pay. They try to give multiple tasks 24/7

lack of tools, you pay for your own marketing, pay half of all entertainment, pay for samples, very poor health insurance.
