Upper management could care less about sales staff! All they care about is their personal agenda. They just pile it on and expect you to go the extra mile for the company and does nothing to make sure employees are taken care of. Constantly looking over your shoulder to see if you’re getting stabbed in the back. Again upper management goes out their way to prove how you aren’t doing your job so they can get rid of you instead of training staff to succeed. The region I’m in needs some serious adjustments to the 2 main guys running the region. Turnover has been unreal and there’s more to come!

The hours are great M-F 8-430. 12 paid holidays. Small, close knit work environment. Potential for $4000 yearly bonus based on successful completion of company goals outlined in rubric: Average of $1200-2000 yearly bonus accomplished.

Cons

Upward mobility is slow. My guess is that no service tech makes more than $20/hr even after decades of employment.

Diverse product line. Innovation. Company vehicle. Monthly mailings from marketing to help build awareness with distribution. Free shirts. Not too many limitations on creative selling approaches.

Cons

Sometimes feels like a fire drill trying to focus on products needed to sell. Sometimes communications seem a bit weak. Need to communicate within divisions better.
