Good working relationship with co-workers. Usually bonding over similar complaints about senior management. R&D places a great emphasis on providing quality products. Future product road-map looks promising and innovative.

Cons

Too much turnover in the marketing department due to outdated management styles. Senior marketing managers try to lead by intimidation and are not open to new and/or outside ideas. There is a lot of finger pointing and backstabbing, every man/woman for themselves.
