Pros

Bonuses. 6%/401k match. Good Insurance. Very stable and strong company. Once you are hired, you can be there until retirement.

Cons

No promoting, no matter how hard you work. Expect to be treated like a door mat. Zero appreciation for jobs well done. No HR. Raises are a joke.

Pros

It's an international brand, and the working in such company it will add more professionalism to my CV , i like to work in different areas that will give me more experience and Professionalism to my career

Cons

It was better before from many sides, salaries, commissiones , benefits etc. But now it's not like before , and you feel like that they want you to work and insert the money to the owner pocket without paying any additional fees for your extra business
