The culture is chill and fun and the management team is committed to keeping that environment.

Cons

There is so much to do. While I love all the work and the freedom, I often feel there is more than I can accomplish, so I work longer than I should. I say that with love.

Malouf is a great place to work! The atmosphere is amazing here. Everyone is so kind here. Great PTO, great benefit program, great insurance program, and they do everything they can to help their employees.

Cons

Poor maternity/paternity leave, lack of communication from higher up, compensation isn't as high as other places. Depending on the department you work in, work life balance is nearly impossible.
