Pros

I've been with the company for about 3 years. Mammotome has been a great company to work for. It has grown both in size and maturity in my time here. What I like the most about this company is that the size and structure is such that you can really see the impact you can make on patient lives and internal processes. If you have a viable idea to streamline a process or approach something differently, you are empowered to pursue it. My management has supported my development and helped grow with 2 promotions in my time here. The atmosphere is open and accepting of people of all background, with Diversity and Inclusion being a priority of the leadership team.

Cons

Not a con now, but the company has gone through some restructuring and engineering department has had leadership changes. I believe we're now on the right track with leaders established in the roles to improve engagement and advance innovation.
