Transparency: Willingness to admit we have things to work on (we are far from perfect) and to put resources behind it. Culture: Innovative with a true focus on our customers Danaher: Mammotome is proud to be part of Danaher which provides tools and extensive career possibilities Growing business that continues to reinvest: We have hired over 200+ associates globally in last 3 years and did not have any layoffs or furloughs as a result of Covid. Amazing Future: Mammotome is developing game changing products that will hit the market at a steady cadence over the next 5 years. It is a very exciting time to be part of Mammotome.

Cons

Entrepreneurial atmosphere: This is a pro and a con depending on the individual. At Mammotome all associates are expected to contribute. We are a performance based culture that is highly supportive but does measure results and expects individuals to put in the effort to succeed and drive improvements.

Pros

Great company, excellent benefits, good compensation, plenty opportunity for change or advancement, and wonderful people to work with. Progressive ideas and management style. Good work/ home life.

Cons

No real cons at this time. There tends to be a lot of changes, some may see that as a con.

Mammotome allows for quick decisions and empowers employees to bring ideas forward for execution. The people who work here genuinely care about improving breast cancer care.

Cons

Mammotome is continuing to change in order to improve processes and is constantly raising the bar on performance. If you don't like change and fast pace, you may not like to work here.
