Pros

Mammotome is great at encouraging people to collaborate with others and win as a team. Very flexible and diverse. Provide opportunities to grow and promote from within. Leadership cares about results as well as development of employees. Excellent benefits.

Pros

Mammotome leads with Danaher Company culture that focuses on Diversity & Inclusion for BIPoC, LGBTQ+, and Women in leadership and at all levels in the company. Pay is competitive. Culture is relaxed and respectful. Feels like a noble trade to work for an organization with Breast Health Medical Devices. Work-Life balance is good.

Cons

After a year and more there, not a lot of cons I can see. My manager is great, my team is collaborative. I have some high maintenance customers, but everyone is respectful and professional. I love being an independent contributor at this organization.

Pros

Mammotome is flexible and has the employee's best interest in mind. They have a great work-life balance. There are so many opportunities for internal growth, either in the same role or in new ones. They listen to their associates and take new ideas and input into consideration.

Cons

in my experience, I don't have any negatives to say about Mammotome.
