Good company being run aground by aggressive young president

Good people to work with. Good salary.

Cons

Young president came in and turned over the entire executive suite and then some. Not a good place to work any more. Unstable work environment.

My supervisor was hell to work with........Buddy system.......Management who don't really know what's going on with their supervisors.
