Pros
- MSA is expanding and landing new business which provides great opportunities to grow your business development skills. - The company has a team atmosphere and everyone is treated like family, so going to work is a pleasure. - The CEO is very involved but without micromanaging. She is brilliant and very charismatic so her involvement is a positive. - MSA is well respected and has a sterling reputation. When I left, two of my interviewers mentioned that MSA is known as a great company.
Cons
Compensation- I loved my time at MSA, but the DC area is pricey so I had to move on to a larger contractor and larger salary. I'm sure that as the company grows, this will be addressed.
