Easy to get hired, shift differential is good on nightshift.

Cons

They treat their nurses like doormates. Constantly criticizing and belittling the staff. Patient to nurse ratios are sometimes insane. 6-1 with high acuity patients. Management doesn’t seem to care about employee safety and well being.
