Staffing office does not care about their nurses or safe patient-staffing ratio's

Not enough help to do the work. Lot's of unrealistic expectations. Worried more about data then actual problems that exists even the obvious. Very political like environment. I realized it's not the staff it's the place and how it's ran this place will destroy your morale. Upper management has no clue nor do they seem to care about workers morale or mental health this place is very toxic and bad for your health as a human being both physically and mentally.
