Nice store and place to work

Cons

The pay and hours were poor, preferring to keep staff at minimum contracted hours but have them work full time. Bonus scheme unfair when working full time, but getting bonus for part time contract when they’d refuse to give full time

Some miscommunications between management and staff surrounding rotas. Not much opportunity for progression. Pushed some unrealistic targets that decreased staff morale.
