      Great starting point for career, but too top and bottom heavy (leave after 3-5)

      Pros

      You learn at such a fast face. Get experience right out of the door that you wouldn't get anywhere else.

      Cons

      There are not enough 'manager' level people. New hires right out the door end up taking on responsibility (I feel) sooner than they've been trained to. No compensation for performance, rather based on entire company doing well.

      This company is a great start for a career but you do not want to stay.

      Pros

      This is a great job to work at if you want to travel. You also keep the rewards for travel purchases. The company throws some great parties. The experience is invaluable.

      Cons

      You will work a ton of hours at this job. Management cares little about employees since the turnover is extremely high. The job can be very stressful.
