      Best company in its field, stable environment, good sense of community

      Cons

      Burnout is real, can get stuck in a cycle of poor projects without the support needed. Need to argue for opportunity to grow and not get pigeonholed.

      - Great company culture - Easy to talk to and interact with higher ups - Decent pay

      Cons

      - If you are identified as good, really overwork you - They kind of trick you into the software analyst role with coding and in actuality you don't do that much of it unless you work on internal projects
