It's a good place to work compared to many

Pros

Friendly team members, managers are very involved and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves. The company is in growth mode and very financially stable.

Cons

It does get hard to stay motivated. Some of the work is repetitive. As the company grows, they need to add the structure necessary to move forward. Not many opportunities for internal movement. Promotions are small and transfers are lateral with no pay increase. People most love it here. Some have been in the same roles or level for 10+ years.

Pros

Great place to gain wide variety of experience and business knowledge.

Cons

You'll be used and run into the grown for the company's benefit in time. They don't care about you and will repeatedly keep your career on hold to keep cheap labor.
