      Job security plummeted with mass layoffs and no severance

      Previously there were so many pro”s .now it became worster than startup company

      Cons

      They lay off almost 250 employees on may 2026 out of 1500 people .previously the job security was very good .now it became very worst . They do not even gave severance compensation pay too . Without a notice they fired 250 people . They fired people who worked more than 20 years in same company too .
