Awsome work culture and lot of learning

It depends on the team in which you got hired.But one thing is sure that they keep on updating their products with latest technologies.So employees also get to work on new things.Sometimes there is heavy work load and sometimes it is normal.Training sessions are conducted every quarter .They will give good CTC and hikes every year.

Cons

Politics,Long working hours,No onsite opportunity.
