The company is making steady profits and has good name in the industry.

Cons

If you have cleared all the rounds and are waiting for an offer, there are chances that you are offered lesser than your current pay. And then they will start with their bargaining. They would insist you to accept their offer saying they are ready to match up your current salary. Don't expect a hike because you're already earning too much per the industry standards. You are lucky that they have chosen you. You should be ready to quit your current job for Manhattan for the same pay because Manhattan is the best!
