Work is cool, Recognition is Worse

Pros

we will get very good experience on Warehouse Management product, also we will be getting very good chance in learning supply chain management. Will get opportunity to mentor, take interviews, handling projects

Cons

Favourism prevails over managers, Managers will favour only those guys whom they like. 0% recognition for hardwork, Salary will be good enough in market. But they will get triple the amount of work for the salary they give. Work/ life balance is very bad.

Pros

Challenging, exciting work. No 1. Warehouse Mangement s/w solution provider. Get to work with large Tier 1 companies like Macys, Wal Mart, Kroger, Publix, Home Depot, Home Hardware, McKesson, Amerisource, Nike, Rubbermaid, etc. Company is currently poised for growth and has been on the upward trend. Share prices have jumped by $20 in the last 2 years. Trying to provide various Supply Chain solutions like Warehouse Mgmt, Transportation Logistics Mgmt, Distributed Order Mgmt, Labor Mgmt, Demand Forecasting and Inventory Optimization, Replenisment under one ubrella using their trademark One Platform

Cons

Unusally long work hours and high preasure situation. Company always seems to be firefighting in its implementation US salary is average and intra-company transfers get a raw deal. Company has potential but is still evolving. Collaboration between product teams and integration between products has lot to be desired.
