Pros
1. Lot of learning in least time if you could cope up with. 2. Cab facility. 3. Lot of work from variable clients. 4. You may not think to stay here for a long term but an experience in this will be valuable lifetime.
Cons
1. Its not a place for relaxed work, sometimes work-life balance goes for a toss. 2. If you are not a performer, they won't have a place for you then. 3. Onsite opportunity is average, may be good with some teams and long term is possible only when you know the product well. 4. Training is less and you need to learn to take liability and responsibility. 5. Should be more focus in proper code-review and training.
