Pros

The pay is decent. This job will get you status on Delta, which is nice for personal travel.

Cons

The consultants are great, managers are not. There is no opportunities for career growth. Management doens't promote anyone but themselves. 80% of the company leaves within 2 years of starting.

Pros

Has some good retail clients like Home Depot, Target, Dicks Sporting Goods. Will get to travel alot in the US (mostly Mon-Thu). You will learn many things very fast, like you are drinking out of a firehose. Will help you sharpen your business and consulting skills due to the face time with clients. Some Managers are really nice and down to earth.

Cons

Very top heavy management, some of the Directors have been around for 10-15 years and got moved up since the sensible people decided to leave. 90% of top management (Directors and VP's) only care about themselves, there is no such things as work life balance. Zero training, you will be thrown in front of a client who is expecting a trained analyst or consultant.
