      Company with good values. Good teams to work with. Gives you enough freedom in execution your tasks and have open ears for improvements. Good recognition for your efforts. Strong motivation to be creative and innovate

      Cons

      In case of tight projects, employees had to put in lot of effort and work-life balance will be affected. May not have good exposure to all the latest technologies.
