1) No more attractive salary for experienced people. 2) No long term goal. 3) Big gap b/w employees & top management, as the middle management playing all sort of internal games and keeping away the interaction between top management & employees... Few of them getting too political. 4) No Career Growth. You tend to do same kind of job even after 5 years in Manhattan, with only your designation being changed (if you are lucky!). 5) Minimal or no training. Managers need to be trained well for their responsibilities, before promoting them as MANAGERS.

1. No consistent PTO policy concerning how paid-time off can be taken. 2. Software is fairly buggy, with muddling from R&D 3. Very poor job in managing how employees were treated during the economic downturn seen in 2008. 4. NO technical training offered, at all.
