      good package for new joiners. exposure to supply chain management. exposure to product development architecture. few onsite trips. good collegues.

      Cons

      non competent middle level managers. poor work life balance. group politics regions etc. micro level work monitoring. no effort retaining old employees

      If you make believe your Manager about your skills, surely your skills will be respected. As people say about late nights(more working hours). I never worked late until it is a Mistake from my side. People stay late only when they know that they committed a mistake.

      Cons

      You need to stay late during deadlines for the Team members work to be get done. Though when they are dumb techies. You should really find them n fire....
