Staff have a passion for the work they support. Smart colleagues willing to work hard to grow the company.

Cons

No salary increases. No bonus opportunities unless you are in Business Development. The founder is only interested in making money for himself. No recognition for hard work. Leaders are leaving or looking for other opportunities to find other work where their contributions are appreciated.
