Great Benefit Program, Good work Life Balance, Decent Salary.

Cons

Lack of corporate direction with regard to sales team and it's role. Game plan changed almost daily. Friends promoting friends. Inside support taken away from field representatives. Territories cut in half.

Pros

Some great coworkers still trying to make it carrying their workload and the load of others more successful ones. Dynamic workplace. Good Health insurance. 401K yet. Fun for car lovers.

Cons

Kiss-up business culture. A few do most of the work. Limited opportunities to grow. Training is available but not allowed or valued. A career path can be followed but only on paper. Unrealistic business models. Major disconnection between corporate processes and actuality. Poor benefits in general. A company like this could offer much more in terms of employee benefits or perks. Instead you have to kiss-up to get some of those benefits or perks that have very little cost to the company.

It's not a family feeling any more It seems you get let go if you have to much service or to much money It's just not the same place as it was years ago Back stabbers work there and you have to watch your back now
