Worked with the company over 5 years seen a lot of people come and go to due to layoffs or people getting fired. Company a good company to work for but some of the dept leads need to be removed. People being promoted because of being well liked but no having no leadership skills. Directors being in place but no conflict management skills. Development is always talked about and encouraged but does not really happen. Many positions filled by outside people instead of within. A lot of changes without a real vision within departments. Benefits and vacation time is great overall. Pay could be better but raises are based on a met or not met performance review. So hopeful you do your best not to make your manager upset through out the year.

Exciting action packed Auto Auction. For a Dealer only auction it usually runs like clock work in nearly every respect. When there is a problem, it is dealt with in a timely manner and with emphasis on discretion. If you want to be a driver at a fast paced auction then Manheim will fill the bill.
