Pros

It was once fun and rewarding. The challenge and being one of the best meant something.

Cons

It is now being run by people that don't know the business and probably didn't care too in the first place. The last three years have been absolute misery. The Mannheim culture that the company was founded on is completely gone and unfortunately people that have been there for years think they don't have other options. The sales philosophy and the customer service have become a laughable train wreck. A once respected power house that was built on relationships is an embaressment to work for. You spend more time trying to retain business then being able to go out and get new business. Customers always asking if they are gearing up to sell the company because of the ridiculouss reduction in man power and the combining of departments.

Pros

The company has great benefits and you start out with 24 days PTO immediately. Multiple location in Orlando and Ocoee. Multiple Departments to choose from. (Wholesale, Retail, Auction, Customer service, etc.) Mobility within the company is very easy. People are good natured and friendly. Casual environment. (until it isn't) Work with multiple dealerships and partners across the U.S. Many company events such as free food and raffles from time to time. 40 hours (usually)/ occasional over time which is VERY rare. Easygoing if you have an emergency or have to leave early.

Cons

Contradictory training, advice, orders and procedures. Each manager would have requests that directly undermined the other orders previously given. The 'Blame Game' was played on an hourly basis. No one took responsibility for their actions and would sometimes even lie not to get the wrath of the AGM. Excessive nit-picking. They will find ANY excuse to write you up no matter how small or insignificant. Constant e-mailing on small/ all matters. A lot of double/triple dipping back into issues that were taken care of sometimes days ago due to lack of communication despite all of the e-mails. Small problems with simple solutions snowball into big problems. People in management positions that have no experience in said positions. Managers would have multiple meetings but not be on the same page. Don't use your creativity or problem solving skills. Slow to adapt to the times and evolve to make the process smother for everyone. "We've done it this way for a long time. I admit it is outdated, but that's how things are done here even if it takes more time than necessary." - Told to me by a manager. "Ask me anything or if you need help!" / also " Why are you asking for help?"/ also "Why didn't you ask for help?" Losing business due to setting unrealistic promises for the client and reprimanding the team for not meeting the said goals. Management not knowing exactly what their employees do for their jobs and not giving them the tools to complete the tasks given.
