Good health benefits Some really great people to work with Hours are good Casual atmosphere Clean environment

Cons

Pay could be better and based on job skills, knowledge and service time. Still seems that This decision is influenced by your sex and how much you kiss up (for lack of a better word). People are afraid to voice there true opinions if they are in the least bit different than what is being told to us. Agree act excited and happy and hopefully you will keep your job.

Pros

Private Company, Pays well... They use benefits from Cox Enterprises. People use to be friendly...not anymore.

Cons

Lack of work and life balance for most workers at the middle management and lower levels. Nepotism runs rampant. This is good old boy network at it's best. It's difficult to work there if you have a soul and really wants to feel respected for your talent.
