Pros
Great company with a great envoronment and culture. Employees are very loyal, and as a result, very tenured. Company promotes from within, creating opportunity when necessary. Awesome benefits, including stock options form Senior Management and annual bonuses. Most of the executive leaders are ATC babies, having grown up in the company, very few are outsiders.
Cons
Company is at a crossroads as far as strategic direction. At a point where target market is changing from used car dealers to new car dealers, and also focusing on new multi-level products for customers. Getting into the automotive software and inventory business. As a result, departments are being re-organized and, in some cases, eliminated altogether.
