      Pros

      Manheim pours a lot into their employees. That is true of benefits, but I have seen that anyone who has a good attitude and works hard will excel. The dissatisfied ones are sometimes people who do not pull their own weight, and get upset when not promoted.

      Cons

      Senior management has made slow decisions in the past, and it has not resulted in the best outcome. Fortunately, that has been changing in the last few years.

      Pros

      Company has many ways to improve yourself if you keep your eyes open and look for the opportunities. Management is there to help you move up. Everyone is friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Communication with employees could be improved.

      Pros

      Exciting action packed Auto Auction. For a Dealer only auction it usually runs like clock work in nearly every respect. When there is a problem, it is dealt with in a timely manner and with emphasis on discretion. If you want to be a driver at a fast paced auction then Manheim will fill the bill.

      Cons

      The Management. The workers are not listened to when they need to be. When the people in Atlanta (head office) are not getting their way because of labor issues, they simply get rid of the personnel, and replace them regardless of the economy. It's all about the dollar and NEVER about how to get the job done right.
