      Pros

      Great benefits, and the company is large so you are able to move around if you find the right connections. In general, the employees are hard working and dedicated to the company.

      Cons

      Corporate has lost sight of what exactly keeps money rolling for the company. In the last three years, they went from having faith that happy and proud employees will keep the company rolling to focusing on solutions to problems that look good on paper but have very little real world function.

      Great Benefit Program, Good work Life Balance, Decent Salary.

      Cons

      Lack of corporate direction with regard to sales team and it's role. Game plan changed almost daily. Friends promoting friends. Inside support taken away from field representatives. Territories cut in half.
