      Pros

      I worked for Manheim Phoenix for a very long time. I have to honestly say it was the best place to work for until around 2008. The pros after that were the pay, benefits and the customers.

      Cons

      I can't speak for all Manheims, but for Phoenix I felt as though it had lost compassion for its workers and customers. I know a company has to make money but at the cost of integrity? It was like all the sudden "how cheap can we get new workers". I think that is the way it has been for a lot of companies.

      Pros

      Ability to think on your feet. Dealing with dealers problems and finding new and exciting ways to help them.

      Cons

      Company wide transformation that started a year ago is great for the bottom line $. Overall the process has chased away the dealer body and demoralized the employees that are left can't cope with all the changes.
