Pros

Coworkers can be incredibly good. Benefits are great. There are big pros to working for a company this large, like a training library and lots of interconnectedness.

Cons

The training library is sometimes used to fill in for actual training, and is not the best at it. Some coworkers can be difficult. Clientele is often aggressive and have few personal boundaries. You will often be called on to give more then you have, and will not be rewarded for it.
