Pros

Relaxed working atmosphere. Good people, good benefits good work-life balance.

Cons

Limited career growth, underpaid employees and morale at the lowest. Only way to get promoted is if you know someone, working hard does not get you much here.

The pay was good, autonomy was high and benefits were top-notch.........a huge company that lured me in with strong growth and earnings potential (owned by Cox Enterprises) and job security.

Cons

In the end, the opportunities pretty much dried up with a large portion of the business during the last several years. Benefits and perqs were slashed, staff were cut and the good jobs (most anyhow) went away.
