Pros

family owned and operated and respect for all employees also have an open door policy from managers to our company president and ceo who will be willing to talk to you about anything your concerned about and take any ideas and input from lot employees to managers and they communicate any happenings in the company

Cons

can't think of any for me but i'm sure there are some complainers like in any job or company but if i had to give you a percentage it would be 85% satisfied and 10% unsatisfied and 5% indifferent either way but kudos to Dean Eisner for being a visionary and innovator in our business
