      Hard work goes unnoticed. Intelligence goes unnoticed. Poor pay! Bad management (at least in my department).

      Pros

      Great Culture, Great benefits, Matching %50 up to 6% for 401K. Full benefits, Pension after 5 years.

      Cons

      Overall Compensation. The company needs to have a compensation plan that pays to retain quality employees in all areas of the company. Compared to other companies around, we don't pay enough. We are almost there, just a bit below the industry average and it is not comparable to where people live.

      Pros

      You are under the Cox Automotive umbrella where we all have amazing products and growth opportunities. Manheim is behind on their technology a bit but trying to regain it. Lots being done to improve.

      Cons

      They are so big it feels like no one listens. Not the best pay compared to thers companies. Manheim is behind on many things but trying to improve it's just taking forever. Advancement seems to take a long time.
