Over the last 4 years I was with the business, they went downhill fast. Poor pay, poor working conditions, little support from management. Terrible culture. Workplace bullying was rife, and no one would do anything about it. HR team was useless- they were more concerned with covering their own behind than the they were with the team members. Overworked staff, well underpaid and essentially going no where. The few things that had made the place great initially were dead and buried.
