I loved the spirit. There are always few guys to spoile it but overall... it's a nice organization which can federate employees with this idea of building the world. Even if not a "sexy" industry, it's nice to see all those very known buildings around the world done with our cranes!

Cons

Before i left, the management did not believed in home office. With the Covid situation, it changed but I hope they will add it in their strategy and trust their people for their self-discipline.
