Flexibility, friendly colleagues, opportunity to learn and switch position for internal openings. Multinational environment which you can know people from all around the world.

Cons

Relatively low staff strength in Singapore office, ones must be able to multi tasking, self automated and self motivated. Office located further away from central.

Lots of friendly co-workers, usually a clean working environment, some employee recognition days (staff lunches). Semi-stable company and some community involvement.

Cons

Management cares very little about employees, just the bottom line. The focus is always on the shareholders! Lots of terminations recently...
