It was a great place to work before current management took over. Good pay and good benefits. Shop was always kept clean.

Cons

Current management changed to many things all at the same time. Employees couldn't find parts and were blamed for not meeting production goals. Now moving to Pennsylvania.

Generally the people I worked with were great. The pay was competitive and good benefits. There was room to move up and mostly a positive environment.

Cons

Off site management. I feel this doesn't allow for open communication and good moral. Difficult to make informed decisions 1000 miles away.
